What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting pupils with EHCPs or identified additional learning needs
- Working 1:1 and in small groups to assist children with SEN (e.g. ASD, ADHD, speech & language needs)
- Helping to implement personalised interventions and adapted learning strategies
- Encouraging communication, emotional regulation, and classroom engagement
- Assisting teachers and the SENCO in creating inclusive learning environments
- Supporting daily classroom routines, behaviour management, and pupil wellbeing
