What You’ll Be Doing:
- Providing 1:1 and small group support for pupils with EHCPs or SEN
 - Assisting children with ASD, ADHD, speech & language or SEMH needs
 - Implementing structured routines and tailored learning strategies
 - Encouraging social interaction, communication and emotional regulation
 - Supporting teachers in adapting resources and maintaining an inclusive environment
 - Helping to create a safe, positive and nurturing classroom for all learners
 
Ideal Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant For This Bexley School:
