What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting pupils with identified special educational needs (e.g. autism, ADHD, speech and language)
- Delivering targeted 1:1 and small group interventions
- Assisting with classroom routines, adapted resources, and inclusive strategies
- Promoting communication, social skills, and emotional regulation
- Working alongside teachers and the SENCO to track progress and adjust support plans
- Helping to create a calm, inclusive learning environment
