Role as a Graduate Teaching Assistant (Year 6)

You will work closely with an outstanding Year 6 teacher, helping pupils prepare for the transition to secondary school through engaging learning experiences and academic support.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Supporting whole-class teaching and assisting in lesson preparation
  • Delivering focused 1:1 and small group interventions in literacy and numeracy
  • Helping to manage classroom routines and reinforce positive behaviour
