What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supporting class teachers across Key Stages 1 and 2
• Delivering small group and 1:1 interventions in core subjects
• Assisting in lesson preparation and classroom organisation
• Helping to manage pupil behaviour and promote engagement
• Building strong relationships with pupils, teachers, and families
• Actively participating in school life, trips, and enrichment

Ideal Graduate Teaching Assistant for this Lambeth School:

• Recent graduate with a 2:1 or above and strong A-Levels
• Confident, articulate, and passionate about education
• Well-organised and proactive with strong communication skills
