What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supporting the class teacher with day-to-day lesson delivery and routines
• Leading small group activities and 1:1 interventions in core subjects
• Encouraging participation, motivation and confidence in learning
• Supporting pupils with additional needs, including SEN and EAL learners
• Helping to create a calm, inclusive and stimulating learning environment
• Contributing to classroom organisation, displays and enrichment activities
