What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting teachers across a range of subjects including English, maths and science
- Leading small group sessions and offering 1:1 support for students with additional needs
- Helping to prepare classroom resources and lesson materials
- Encouraging student engagement, resilience, and academic confidence
- Assisting with behaviour management and promoting a positive learning environment
- Working alongside SEN, EAL and pastoral staff to meet diverse pupil needs
