What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting teaching and learning across KS1 or KS2, depending on school needs
 - Providing 1:1 or small group support in literacy, numeracy and topic lessons
 - Assisting the class teacher with preparation of materials and classroom management
 - Helping to build pupils’ confidence, independence and engagement
 - Supporting children with additional needs to access inclusive learning
 - Contributing to displays, enrichment activities and classroom routines
 
Ideal Graduate Teaching Assistant For This Havering School:
- A recent graduate with strong academics and a clear passion for primary education
 - Friendly, proactive and confident working with young children
 - Excellent communication skills and a positive, patient attitude
