What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons and routines
  • Working 1:1 and in small groups to support literacy, numeracy and phonics
  • Supporting pupils with additional learning needs or those who require extra encouragement
  • Assisting with classroom organisation, learning resources and displays
  • Promoting positive behaviour, emotional wellbeing and pupil confidence
  • Helping with enrichment activities and wider school initiatives
