What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting class teachers in delivering lessons across a range of subjects
 - Providing 1:1 and small group academic support to students
 - Assisting pupils with SEN, EAL, or emotional/behavioural needs
 - Helping with classroom preparation, resource development, and progress tracking
 - Encouraging positive behaviour and student engagement
 - Participating in school activities including clubs, revision sessions, and enrichment events
 
Ideal Graduate Teaching Assistant for This Southwark School:
- Graduate with a 2:1 or above in any subject (STEM, English, Humanities or Psychology highly valued)
 - Passionate about working with teenagers and helping them succeed
 - Calm, confident communicator who can motivate and inspire students
 - Previous experience in tutoring, mentoring, or working with young people is a plus
 - Available full-time from September 2025 through July 2026
 - Eager to gain school-based experience before entering teacher training or postgraduate study
