Graduate Teaching Assistant – Secondary Role | Inclusive Lambeth Secondary School

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting lessons across a range of subjects including English, maths, science, and humanities
 - Providing 1:1 and small group interventions to students who need additional academic or emotional support
 - Assisting pupils with SEN, EAL, or SEMH needs as directed by the SENCO
 - Helping to manage classroom behaviour and foster student engagement
 - Supporting lesson preparation, resource development, and school-wide initiatives
 - Contributing to extracurricular clubs, revision sessions, or enrichment activities
 
Ideal Graduate Teaching Assistant for This Lambeth School:
- A graduate with a 2:1 or higher, ideally in a core subject or related field
 - Confident, enthusiastic communicator who builds rapport easily with young people
 - Organised, patient, and committed to creating a positive learning experience
 - Previous experience supporting teenagers (e.g. tutoring, mentoring, youth work) is a strong advantage
 - Available full-time from September 2025 through July 2026
