What You’ll Be Doing:

• Assisting teachers with classroom management and lesson delivery
• Supporting pupils with academic tasks, literacy, numeracy, and other curriculum areas
• Promoting positive behaviour, engagement, and independent learning
• Providing 1:1 and small-group support where needed
• Helping with preparation of classroom resources and displays
