What You’ll Be Doing:
- Assisting teachers with classroom management and lesson delivery
 - Supporting pupils with academic tasks, literacy, numeracy, and other curriculum areas
 - Promoting positive behaviour, engagement, and independent learning
 - Providing 1:1 and small-group support where needed
 - Helping with preparation of classroom resources and displays
