What You’ll Be Doing:
- Assisting teachers with lesson delivery and classroom preparation
 - Providing 1:1 and small group academic support in core subjects (English, maths, science, humanities)
 - Supporting pupils with SEND or additional learning needs
 - Promoting engagement, motivation and positive classroom behaviour
 - Collaborating with teaching, SEN and pastoral teams to support pupil progress
 - Contributing to extra-curricular activities, homework clubs or enrichment sessions
 
Ideal Graduate Teaching Assistant for this Redbridge School:
