What You’ll Be Doing:
- Assisting teachers with lesson delivery and classroom organisation
- Supporting students 1:1 or in small groups across subjects such as English, maths, and science
- Helping pupils with additional needs to access learning effectively
- Encouraging confidence, engagement, and positive classroom behaviour
- Preparing resources and contributing to a supportive learning environment
- Collaborating with SEN, pastoral and academic teams to monitor progress
