What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Assisting KS3 teachers with classroom delivery and lesson preparation
  • Providing targeted support in subjects like English, maths, science, and humanities
  • Leading small group work and 1:1 interventions for pupils with additional needs
  • Encouraging student engagement, motivation, and good behaviour
  • Supporting inclusive classroom practices and differentiated learning
  • Contributing to displays, resources, and student enrichment activities
