What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting the Year 6 teacher with daily lesson delivery, preparation and classroom routines
- Leading small group sessions in maths, reading, and writing, with a focus on SATs readiness
- Offering 1:1 support for pupils needing academic or emotional guidance
- Encouraging engagement, confidence, and independence in the classroom
- Helping maintain a calm, focused learning environment
- Supporting behaviour management, classroom organisation, and learning displays
Ideal Graduate Teaching Assistant For This Ealing School:
