What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supporting the Year 6 teacher with daily lesson delivery, preparation and classroom routines
• Leading small group sessions in maths, reading, and writing, with a focus on SATs readiness
• Offering 1:1 support for pupils needing academic or emotional guidance
• Encouraging engagement, confidence, and independence in the classroom
• Helping maintain a calm, focused learning environment
• Supporting behaviour management, classroom organisation, and learning displays

Ideal Graduate Teaching Assistant For This Ealing School:

• Graduate with a strong academic background and a passion for education
• Confident communicator who enjoys working with upper KS2 pupils
• Proactive, organised and enthusiastic about helping children succeed
