What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading the Chemistry department, driving pedagogical and curriculum innovation
• Modelling outstanding teaching – setting the standard for staff and students
• Developing and implementing action plans to raise attainment and engagement
• Supporting, mentoring, and developing other Chemistry teachers and ECTs
• Coordinating enrichment, university outreach, Olympiad participation and STEM clubs
