What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Designing and embedding cutting-edge inclusion/SEND policy and practice
  • Leading and developing a talented, multidisciplinary inclusion team
  • Quality-assuring EHCP provision, tailored interventions, and access arrangements
  • Building dynamic partnerships with external agencies, families, and governors
  • Influencing whole-school culture so every child’s needs are championed at every level
  • Collaborating closely with the Headteacher and SLT on strategy and compliance
