What You’ll Be Doing:

• Shape, lead, and deliver the school’s vision for inclusion and SEND
• Line-manage and inspire a diverse team of SEN teachers, TAs and external specialists
• Develop bespoke interventions, policies, and training for staff
• Champion the voices of students with EHCPs and complex additional needs
• Forge impactful partnerships with families, borough agencies, and multi-academy trust colleagues
• Lead whole-school data analysis on inclusive practice and student progress
