What You'll Be Doing:

  • Pioneering and delivering the school’s vision for inclusion and SEND
  • Leading and managing an expert multidisciplinary inclusion/SEND team
  • Designing, monitoring, and evaluating impact of robust interventions across the key stages
  • Collaborating with leadership, teachers, and external partners to maximise pupil progress
  • Ensuring effective EAL, SEMH, and differentiated teaching strategies at every level
  • Analysing inclusion data, reporting to Governors and shaping next steps for excellence
