What You'll Be Doing:

  • Leading, inspiring, and developing the SEND and Inclusion team
  • Designing and implementing effective, bespoke interventions
  • Coordinating and overseeing EHCP processes, assessments, and reviews
  • Working with SLT to drive whole-school SEND strategy and accountability
  • Supporting and mentoring staff to achieve highest SEND teaching standards
  • Building partnerships with families, external agencies, and professionals
