What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading the Maths department across KS3 and KS4 with strategic vision
• Ensuring consistently high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment
• Modelling outstanding classroom practice and mentoring colleagues
• Driving data-informed improvements in pupil outcomes
• Leading on curriculum planning, intervention, and enrichment
• Collaborating closely with SLT and contributing to whole-school improvement

Ideal Head of Maths for This School Near Slough:

• A qualified teacher (QTS) with a track record of excellent Maths teaching
• Previous leadership or TLR experience (2nd in Dept, Lead Practitioner or HoD)
• Strong curriculum knowledge and experience of raising standards
