  • Leading, shaping and delivering the Physical Education strategy school-wide
  • Mentoring and developing PE staff, driving CPD and best practice
  • Overseeing high-calibre teaching and learning across KS3, KS4 and KS5
  • Planning and evaluating an exciting, fully inclusive curriculum
  • Launching innovative extracurricular and whole-school sports initiatives
  • Measuring impact and raising achievement for all learners
