This Outstanding secondary alternative provision in Bexley is seeking a full-time Inclusion Mentor to join their team in September. As an Inclusion Mentor, you’ll be instrumental in supporting the social, emotional, and academic growth of pupils who thrive in a smaller, tailored setting. You’ll work within a highly experienced team led by inspirational leadership, where student needs are truly prioritised.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Working 1:1 or in small groups as an Inclusion Mentor
 - Supporting emotional wellbeing, positive behaviour, and personal development
 - Collaborating with teachers and TAs to deliver inclusive teaching
 - Acting as a role model and motivator to help students re-engage
 - Using behaviour plans and therapeutic strategies to support progress
 - Building trusted relationships with students and their families
 - Supporting students with transitions, routines, and social skills
 
Ideal Inclusion Mentor For this Bexley School:
- Graduate (psychology or education focus preferred)
