What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting students in class and through small group sessions
- Building trusted relationships with vulnerable pupils
- Promoting engagement, attendance, and emotional wellbeing
- Collaborating with pastoral, SEN, and teaching teams
- Helping students build confidence, independence, and positive behaviour
- Monitoring progress and contributing to intervention plans
Ideal Inclusion Mentor For this Bexley School:

- Experience working with young people in any setting (desirable but not essential)
