What You’ll Be Doing:
- Assisting the class teacher with daily routines and lesson delivery in Key Stage 1
 - Supporting pupils in phonics, early maths, reading, and language development
 - Leading small group interventions and providing 1:1 academic or emotional support
 - Encouraging confidence, curiosity, and creativity in young learners
 - Supporting behaviour management and promoting positive learning habits
 - Helping with classroom setup, displays, and enrichment activities
 
Ideal Graduate Teaching Assistant for This Southwark School:
- A graduate with a 2:1 or above, ideally in education, psychology, or a related field
 - Passionate about early years education and child development
 - Warm, patient, and confident working with children aged 5–7
 - Previous experience in a school, tutoring, childcare, or voluntary work is desirable
 - Available full-time from September 2025 through July 2026
