What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting a Year 1 or Year 2 class teacher with daily classroom activities and routines
 - Providing small group support and 1:1 interventions in phonics, literacy, and numeracy
 - Encouraging engagement, confidence and curiosity in a nurturing environment
 - Supporting children with additional needs to access learning
 - Assisting with classroom displays, learning materials and behaviour management
 - Helping foster a calm, inclusive, and joyful space for all children
 
Ideal KS1 Teaching Assistant For This Greenwich School:
- A recent graduate or confident individual with a genuine passion for primary education
 - Patient, caring and enthusiastic about supporting young children
 - Excellent communication skills and a proactive, can-do attitude
 - Experience with children (e.g. schools, tutoring, childcare) is a strong advantage
