What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Supporting teaching and learning in a Year 1 or Year 2 classroom
  • Leading small-group phonics, reading, writing, and number work
  • Providing 1:1 support for pupils with additional learning needs
  • Promoting independence, confidence, and a love of learning
  • Supporting classroom routines, behaviour management, and pastoral care
  • Assisting with classroom resources, displays and enrichment activities
