What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Inspiring, developing, and leading a dedicated KS2 teaching team
  • Driving outstanding teaching & learning across Years 3 to 6
  • Modelling best practice in classroom leadership, curriculum, and assessment
  • Strategising for progress, attainment, and holistic child development
  • Mentoring staff, facilitating peer development, and leading phase training
  • Using data and feedback to ensure continued improvement

Ideal KS2 Phase Leader for this Greenwich School:
