What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Offering 1:1 and small group mentoring for KS4 students
  • Supporting students' personal, emotional, and academic development
  • Helping pupils with exam preparation, motivation, and resilience
  • Building positive relationships with students who may face challenges in or out of school
  • Collaborating with teaching and pastoral teams to implement support plans
  • Encouraging consistent attendance, punctuality, and positive behaviour
  • Acting as a role model and trusted adult for young people navigating adolescence
