Learning Support Assistant Needed – KS2 Autism Support | Lambeth Primary School

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting KS2 pupils with autism both in the classroom and through targeted interventions
 - Helping children regulate emotions, develop resilience, and access learning
 - Working with teachers, SENCo, and parents to implement support strategies
 - Encouraging independence and confidence in social interactions
 - Providing feedback on progress and development to inform strategies
 - Promoting a safe, structured, and nurturing classroom environment
 
Ideal Learning Support Assistant For this Lambeth School:
- Graduate or experienced Learning Support Assistant with autism knowledge
 - Psychology, education, or related degree highly desirable
 - Patient, empathetic, and passionate about SEN provision
 - Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team
