What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supporting pupils with additional learning needs 1:1 and in groups
• Delivering interventions in literacy, numeracy and behaviour support
• Assisting class teachers in resource adaptation and lesson execution
• Promoting confidence, independence and engagement in pupils
• Working with SENCo, teachers and parents to track progress
