What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supporting pupils with additional learning, behaviour or language needs
• Delivering 1:1/small-group interventions in literacy, numeracy and phonics
• Helping adapt resources and support classroom routines
• Tracking progress, liaising with class teachers and SENCo
• Promoting independence, confidence and engagement in pupils

Ideal Learning Support Assistant for this Central London School:

• Experience or interest in working with children, SEN or support desirable
