What You'll Be Doing:
- As a Psychology Assistant you’ll be supporting pupils 1:1 and in small groups with tailored interventions
- Collaborating with teachers and the SENCO to deliver support plans
- Promoting emotional wellbeing and resilience among pupils with SEMH
- Monitoring progress and feeding back on interventions and strategies
- Assisting with sensory regulation and classroom inclusion
Ideal Psychology Assistant For this Westminster School:
- Graduate with an excellent academic record (2:1 or above preferred)
- A passion for SEND and commitment to inclusive education
- Experience with autism, SEMH or complex needs (voluntary or paid) beneficial
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Full-time availability from September for the entire academic year
