What You’ll Be Doing:
- Providing consistent in-class and intervention support as an SEN Teaching Assistant
- Delivering 1:1 and small group sessions tailored to student needs
- Helping adapt lesson content to ensure accessibility for all learners
- Encouraging independence, resilience, and self-confidence in students
- Liaising with SENCO, teachers, and external specialists to coordinate support strategies
- Monitoring and recording progress to inform next steps
