Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Supporting classroom teaching across the curriculum
- Providing targeted support to pupils to boost confidence and attainment
- Assisting in preparing engaging learning resources and classroom displays
- Promoting a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment
- Working closely with class teachers, SEN staff, and pastoral teams
- Taking part in school trips, events, and enrichment activities
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Graduate with a 2:1 or above (preferred, not essential)
- Passionate about primary education and supporting children
- Experience with children (voluntary or paid) highly desirable
- Patient, proactive, and enthusiastic team player
- Considering a future career in teaching, child psychology, or education support
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
