What You'll Be Doing:

  • Supporting pupils across KS1 or KS2 in your role as a Primary Teaching Assistant
  • Leading small group sessions in literacy, numeracy, and phonics
  • Assisting the teacher in planning and lesson delivery
  • Encouraging positive learning behaviours and independence
  • Working with pupils with mild SEN and EAL needs
  • Helping prepare engaging resources and maintaining a tidy learning environment
  • Being an active, reliable member of the wider school team
