What You'll Be Doing:

• Leading intervention sessions in small groups and 1:1
• Supporting students with academic catch-up and stretch
• Helping track pupil progress and engagement
• Assisting class teachers with resource prep and lesson delivery
• Building strong relationships with students and staff

Ideal Academic Mentor for this Hackney School:

• Graduate with strong subject knowledge (2:1+ degree preferred)
• Experience tutoring or supporting young people desirable
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passionate about education and pupil progress
• Available full-time until July 2026
