- Leading targeted small-group and 1:1 interventions for diverse needs
- Creating rigorous IEPs and collaborating with external agencies
- Inspiring students with ASC, SEMH, MLD, SLCN and more
- Contributing to SEND strategy, policy, and best practice schoolwide
