What You’ll Be Doing:
- Providing 1:1 and paired support for pupils with autism
- Encouraging communication, social skills, and classroom engagement
- Working alongside skilled SEN and teaching staff to personalise learning
- Supporting students with structured routines and clear expectations
- Helping implement strategies from therapists and SEN professionals
Ideal SEN Teaching Assistant For this Westminster School:
- Graduate (2:2 or above) with a keen interest in special educational needs
- Calm, reliable, and ready to commit until July 2026
- Experience with autism or SEN (preferred but not essential)
- Eager to learn, proactive, and compassionate
