  • Supporting secondary-aged students with SEMH and behavioural challenges
  • Building consistent, trusted relationships with pupils
  • Assisting with classroom routines and structured activities
  • De-escalating situations and promoting positive behaviour strategies
  • Supporting emotional regulation, resilience, and personal development
  • Collaborating with therapists, SENCOs, and behaviour specialists
