- Building consistent, trusted relationships with pupils
- Assisting with classroom routines and structured activities
- De-escalating situations and promoting positive behaviour strategies
- Supporting emotional regulation, resilience, and personal development
- Collaborating with therapists, SENCOs, and behaviour specialists
Ideal SEN Teaching Assistant for this Bexley School:
