What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting children with autism, ADHD, and a range of learning needs
- Working 1:1 and in small groups across different year groups
- Supporting behaviour, communication, and emotional regulation
- Assisting teachers with planning inclusive activities and interventions
- Collaborating with SENCO and external specialists to deliver EHCP support
- Helping pupils feel confident, secure, and ready to learn each day
