What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Providing 1:1 and small group support for KS2 pupils with autism
  • Adapting learning resources to meet individual needs
  • Supporting social and emotional development in and out of class
  • Working closely with the class teacher, SENCo, and parents
  • Encouraging independence, confidence, and resilience
  • Contributing to a nurturing, structured, and inspiring learning environment

Ideal SEN Teaching Assistant For this Lambeth School:

  • Graduate or experienced TA with knowledge of autism support
  • Patient, empathetic, and passionate about SEN
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Able to remain calm and positive in challenging situations
