What You’ll Be Doing:
- Providing 1:1 and small group support for KS2 pupils with autism
- Adapting learning resources to meet individual needs
- Supporting social and emotional development in and out of class
- Working closely with the class teacher, SENCo, and parents
- Encouraging independence, confidence, and resilience
- Contributing to a nurturing, structured, and inspiring learning environment
Ideal SEN Teaching Assistant For this Lambeth School:
- Graduate or experienced TA with knowledge of autism support
- Patient, empathetic, and passionate about SEN
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Able to remain calm and positive in challenging situations
- Committed to full-time work from September through the academic year
