What You’ll Be Doing:

• Providing tailored 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEN
• Assisting teachers in creating inclusive and engaging classroom activities
• Supporting pupils’ emotional, social, and academic development
• Implementing personalised learning plans under SENCO guidance
• Encouraging independence, confidence, and positive learning behaviours
