What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Providing 1:1 and small group support for pupils with additional learning needs
  • Assisting class teachers in planning and delivering engaging, accessible lessons
  • Supporting pupils’ social, emotional, and behavioural development
  • Implementing individual learning plans under SENCO supervision
  • Helping pupils build confidence, independence, and a love for learning
