What You'll Be Doing:
- Designing, implementing, and evaluating whole-school SEND provision
- Coordinating targeted interventions and specialist support for pupils

- Building strong partnerships with parents, external agencies, and SLT
- Embedding outstanding inclusive practice across the curriculum
