What You’ll Be Doing:
- Strategically develop and implement exceptional SEN provision school-wide
- Coach, inspire, and lead SEND teaching assistants and teachers
- Forge effective EHCPs, monitor intervention impact, and liaise with parents & professionals
- Analyse and report on SEN pupil progress, driving personalised approaches
- Deliver bespoke staff training and foster a responsive, inclusive school culture
Ideal “SENCO” for this Barnet School:
- Qualified teacher with UK QTS and prior SENCO experience (NASENCo preferred)
- Demonstrated track record of driving outcomes for students with diverse needs
