- Strategically mapping SEND provision with the Senior Leadership Team
- Leading, coaching, and inspiring support and teaching staff across the school
- Designing, reviewing, and monitoring EHCPs and bespoke intervention strategies
- Forging meaningful partnerships with specialist services, parents, and carers
- Championing a whole-school culture of inclusion, advocacy, and ambition
- Overseeing rigorous assessment and high-quality progress tracking for all SEND students
