- Championing and leading the SEND strategy across the school
- Coaching and mentoring staff in differentiated, inclusive pedagogy
- Designing and implementing bespoke student support, EHCPs, and interventions

- Using data insightfully to monitor and enhance student outcomes
- Developing and delivering INSET and training around best SEND practice
- Driving continual improvement and innovation in provision
