What You'll Be Doing:

  • Lead, evolve and monitor the full SEND strategy with measurable impact
  • Coordinate and train a dynamic team of TAs, teachers and therapists

  • Deliver targeted interventions and ensure robust EHCP compliance
  • Analyse data, drive impactful interventions, and report directly to SLT
  • Shape staff CPD and cultivate a culture of high aspiration for SEND pupils
