What You'll Be Doing:

  • Leading provision and intervention strategies for all students with SEND
  • Coordinating EHCP processes, annual reviews, and external agency involvement
  • Mentoring and developing a high-performing team of TAs, LSAs, and teachers
  • Collaborating with SLT to embed inclusive best practices across the curriculum
  • Promoting the highest outcomes through rigorous tracking and tailored support
